It’s no secret, we are in the middle of a climate and nature emergency. We don’t need to look far to see the evidence, from flooding of our towns and cities to droughts and wild fires. The rising global temperature and habitat loss are making life more difficult for nature, and in turn, us humans too.

But what if it wasn't like this?

Imagine what your local area could look like in an ideal world. A world where humans and nature thrive alongside one another. Where the air is clean and filled with the low buzz of bees. Where our seas are teaming with life and free of pollution.

With the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) just around the corner, we want to show our leaders the future we want for Wales.

So whether you're a painter, poet, writer, or sculptor - let your imagination run wild and enter our art competition!

Sian Eleri - BBC Radio 1 DJ

Sian Eleri is one of the newest faces to BBC Radio 1. After being selected as part of Radio 1’s Christmas Presenter Search in 2019, she now hosts Radio 1’s Chillest Show every Sunday 7-9pm and the Power Down Playlist every Monday from 10-11pm, fulfilling a long-held dream to reach out and share her love of music with others.

Tracey-Anne Sitch - Artist

Tracey-Anne is a natural history artist painting in watercolour, concentrating almost exclusively on British wildlife for which she has a particular passion. She exhibits in national and local exhibitions and galleries and has published four illustrated books.
